World youth day celebration

I was lucky being able to witness the world youth day that was held in manila few years ago. Millions of people all over the world in all walks of life gathered to witness and experienced the once in a lifetime days and moments of prayers with late Pope John Paul

2. In Rizal Park ( Luneta). That was the days of friendship, love, prayers, giving and knowing God more.

Luckily placed in front of the stage because I was then in Sangguniang Kabataan and we had all the privileged to see our Holy Father near and be able to hug and kiss him personally. And I would consider it as my greatest experienced as long as I live. I will never forget the feelings seeing our Holy Father… It was mixed emotions when I saw him arriving, tears was really flowing freely through my eyes as it seemed that I was seeing All mighty God image upon him.

And now in the celebration of 23rd world youth in Sydney harbor , Australia It is 5 days of prayers and praises started last Thursday July 15 2008. Again thousands of young pilgrims all over the world gathered to reflect on the overall theme of the celebration.

POPE BENEDICT XV1 said to young ones, “you will receive power when the Holy Spirit will come upon you and you will be my witness (act 1_8) “and also reminded them of their role in church’s task of evangelization. Young people according to Pope Benedict XV1 must dare to proclaim the message of Jesus to all peoples and in doing so, They must embrace holiness and life and to put their lives in the line in order too enlighten the world with the truth of Christ.

The indulgent woman

Many decades ago, women didn’t have much opportunity in life and in work as they do today. Women were train to be subservient to the needs of their family, work opportunities were scarce and restricted. It’s unthinkable for women to occupy a position in offices. Today, a good number are no longer dependent on their spouses income and allocated household budget. Many are financially self sufficient, have their
own business or occupy a major position in corporate world, and are actively engage in social and civic work- all this while running their household and still taking care of their family’s needs

The new genre of womens has become financially self sufficient and are successful in looking for ways indulge their kids needs. Mobile technology is one of them.

A report made by the Singapore-based master card/Asia Pacific Global using data collated from other countries such as china, Indonesia and Philippines.concurred with this assessment.
