red tape in philippine local Government

I’ve receive an sms earlier from “CHITO” inspector 11 of mini city hall asking for 5000php because he’ll gonna take care of my shop against any problem that my shop might encounter…. What’s the earth he’s talking about? My shop will not be facing any problem unless he’ll be responsible for the mess he’s telling us. Maybe he is having a financial problem and he see the solution in me but he’ll not gonna win. Never if he’s doing this bad thing with other business owner in the area, He have to watch every word and action he’ll gonna use on me because I’ll going to make sure that he will be heading behind bars in doing it so.

I don’t know why some government employee like Chito is using his power (though he actually don’t have)just pretending to be like one.  To make money. And how much more with big foolish fish holding a big position in government? those who are in CUSTOM, GSIS, MMDA, DPWH and a lot lot more to mention. Things like this will never come to an end if the leaders themselves are the big thieves corrupting peoples money for their own good and not for the poor Filipino people who voted them for their position.

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is facing so much controversies regarding anomalies she, her family and her cabinet members shamelessly engaged to. She is a “lucky devil” according to Pichay one of her cabinet member. And for me she is really lucky because despite of all the devil work she have done such as dealing with chinese Government with so many overpricing projects that soon Filipino will going to pay and will shoulder the pain. Poverty and corruption will remain unsolved while after their terms of service they will going to leave the country and spend the money they got from this government and have a wonderful and luxurious life abroad.

I hope that people will open their eyes and start to fight and shout their grievances in any possible way to stop this government and its leaders from their devilish intention
